Upon your return to LAX: After obtaining your luggage, proceed outside to the red sign marked "Hotel & Courtesy Shuttles" and call for a shuttle at (310) 216-9235 or text "pick up" with your terminal to (310) 439-5335.
Excellent Service!!! Very easy to use and very affordable and convenient. I will definitely recommend this service. We left our car in the structure for 10 days.
Terrible experience. I waited 30 mins for a ride to the airport and well over an hour in the cold to be picked up from the airport. Definitely will not be returning to this airport parking. This was proof that cheaper is not always better.
The 5:15 shuttle to the airport was out of gas, so we had to wait for the next shuttle which didn't leave until 5:40. Almost missed my flight and had to run thru the airport. Not an easy feat for a 60 yo woman!
First time using, easy to find, great parking, shuttle right there coming and going. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely use again.
I was a bit skeptical as I was parking at LAX airport, the first time. However, I had a good experience. I needed to wait less than 5 minutes, either way, for the shuttle. The shuttles were prompt or maybe my timing at the airport helped that. The staff was courteous at the parking and also the driver. The place is not very far from LAX airport and it takes about 10 min to reach the airport terminals. I will be back.
I have used this parking place many times and i have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be picked up. Usually I arrive at 11pm-1am and someone always answers and picks us up within 15 min.
The shuttle was late. We arrived at the terminal 5mins too late to check-in luggage and missed our flight due to a long wait at the parking garage. Besides that, the receptionist was not helpful, but the shuttle drivers and parking attendants were very courteous and helpful.
We parked for 10 days. The battery was dead when we returned. It is during trying times when you know someone is good. They were better than good. They had a charger. Brought it up with a smile. When it didn't work out, they were very courteous while we waited for AAA. We will park here again. It's all about their attitude! Thank you guys.
Shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. Didn't like that I couldn't find a parking space indoor but that is nobody's fault. Be careful when driving inside the parking structure as lanes are very narrow. Shuttle bus was a bit slow to pick me up at the airport more than 15 minutes. Good value for the price.
