All is good. The only comment I have is it is a bit confusing when you enter the parking lot. Maybe some signs will be helpful.

En route to the Airport, the driver packed additional 8 people standing in the aisle with bags slamming into my legs on turns.
The shuttle took 15 minutes to show up and then 25 minutes to get to the airport, which i could have walked to in 5 minutes. When i was waiting to be picked up, the shuttle took 15 minutes, and when I called to complain, the woman tried to tell me i was wrong and that they say 10-20 minutes wait.
I will not ever be using Joe's again.
Very convenient to LAX and shuttles are on time. Would park here every time. Get your reservation on line, it costs about half the price to park there.

Was really impressed with the location, staff, price, and efficiency. My only feedback is that it should be clearer where the shuttle picks up at LAX. I had to call to find out because I couldn't find it on the website or anywhere else.

Great location, very, very close to the actual start of LAX so you won't waste time on Century Blvd. The covered ramp was clean. Be sure to write your parking spot number on your ticket so you'll remember where to go. The van was right outside the second I needed it. The gal handled my bags like a pro and drove smoothly back to the ramp. She then unloaded all bags before she let us off which helped us leave in an orderly fasion. If you booked on line for a discount, be sure to go inside the office and show the attendant your discount receipt. The only thing I didn't like was when I exited, I could only go towards the airport about a block so I headed over to Imperial Highway and then over to the 405. I will use this bargain spot again!!

While the staff was very friendly, I wish they would show that the lot is full before I drove all the way through the lot for 10 minutes trying to find a spot. Additionally, the entrance could be marked clearer, considering that there are two unmanned places where it looks like you can enter before you get to the actual entrance. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out where to enter and figuring out that the lot was full, which was very frustrating given that I had a flight to catch. I had to run to my terminal and then my gate because of the 15 minutes I wasted that morning at the parking structure. I had a reservation, so there was no additional charge for the valet service I had to use since the lot was full. I'm not sure why, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for my car to be fetched by the valet at pick-up time, and then my ticket wouldn't scan properly when I was trying to leave. I had a bad experience all around but it was probably just a fluke, as I didn't witness any other customers experiencing the same continued difficulty I experienced.
CAM - Los Angeles
I made the reservation for Joe's and when I arrived, they were full and sent me down the street to another garage. Had to park on the 6th floor. luckily I didn't have any baggage as that would have been terrible. Overall the experience worked but will not try Joe's again.
I waited for the shuttle for 8 minutes so on the way back I walked from the terminal to the lot and it took no time at all.
The parking experience was pleasant. This location is extremely close to the airport. I feel the ticket or the reservation confirmation should explain what level of the structure you are permitted to park. I may park here again if the price is right!!
