- Shuttle service to LAX is available from this location at no cost. Shuttles depart every 15-20 minutes. When you return to LAX, please wait for the shuttle in the Courtesy Hotel Shuttle pickup area. Look for the large blue shuttles that will have "Renaissance Hotel" and "Sixt Rent-A-Car" scrolling across the marquee.

The location and price were great. The only problem was in exiting the lot. The valet attendant told me to hit the assistance button and he would let me out. I pressed the button and nothing happened for several minutes. The attendant finally came running over to open the gate. It seemed like something went wrong, but what?

Forgot which shuttle color to use. Paid for other shuttle. Your shuttle was ahead of us. Kevin the valet captain was very helpful on arrival and retrieval of my car. We plan to stay at the hotel next trip.

Overall good experience. Would be nice if they have more frequent shuttles for pick up at the airport arrival. That was the only bad experience.

I paid for indoor parking and when I returned, my car was filthy and obviously was left outside for 2 weeks. I would request an adjustment for this stay otherwise this is my second time and have been happy with all other aspects of your service.

Nice place to park ...only problem I had is when I went to pay with the card I had used to reserve parking the vallet guy was writting my card info down because he didn't have a way to charge it….. I didn't feel comfortable with that so stopped him and paid in cash.
