This Is my 3rd. time (next week) the first two were great, easy to find and get in, elevator close to parking, takes you to hotel lobby very short walk to shuttle pick up, line does get busy, but both times I was able to get 1st one, if you miss it they have a place you can get coffee and wait for the next one.

What was great the first time it was raining, never got wet, pulled into the garage that is covered, took the elevator to the lobby then went outside to the shuttle waiting area which is also covered. Will never park at LA CITY outdoor parking, one time it cost more as I booked my parking way ahead of time at the Hilton.

This was so much better than the hotel parking that I used a few months ago. Great service and attitude.

Cheapest Rate available at the time. Hotel with easy access from the 105 freeway, and plenty of covered self parking. Nice facilities available on site (it's the Hilton, after all).

Shuttle took a little time - saw the WallyPark van twice before the Hilton shuttle came, but was ~20 minutes wait.

Overall good experience at a great price - would use again.

Everything went fairly well. The way we left our car was the way we found it.

Total time from lobby to lax a half hour... much longer than my previous experiences.

Returning waited too long for the shuttle back and wound up taking the parking spot century shuttle and walking next door to the hilton.

Based on this it seems you have cut shuttles.

Going to the airport was a breeze. The driver was very helpfull with loading and unloading the bags. On the return from the airport we had wait a long-"long" time at the airport for pick-up. I called after 20 minutes of waiting and it still took them 10 more minutes to pick us up. Many other passangers were there waiting as well and some had said they were waiting for 40 minutes. Many other LAX hotels and parking garages had several buses running to pick-up passengers and it seemed that the Hilton had only one running. Maybe they should consider adding more buses to their service.
