The shuttle driver was too busy talking on the phone when he came to pick me up from the airport and almost left me. I was expecting him to come out and help with the luggage, not just stop and browse around to see if someone was going to board.

Also, did not like that my credit card info needed to be written down and used later. If I input my cc info online I would expect that the balance would be charged to that card when I depart.

The location, etc. was easy, accessible and I would park here again, HOWEVER, I received an email promising us a discount but there was no place to type in the promo code I had when paying/check out. I booked two cars into this location.

The facility is nice and at a great location, but unfortunately their shuttle schedule is a little misleading. They go about every 25-30 minutes. Overall an okay experience if you have the time to wait around (don't do it if yuorflight is late in the evening or in the middle of "winter" - even though it's LA, it does get pretty cold when you stand under the "courtesy shuttles" sign for half an hour.

I presented my claim ticket upon our return, but the parking lot attendant insisted that we present him with the original receipt, which we got on-line. I explained to him that all I had on me was the claim ticket and that this is what the attendant told me would be necessary, prior to our trip, to get my car upon my return. He said "just present this claim ticket." So, we had to go through all of our suitcases while in the valet parking area of the hotel, after a very exhausting trip, to find the online receipt. Thank god we brought it with us. He said, "that's the only way I know what to charge you."

We should have been told that we'd need to show that... either on the website or by the first attendant. It was disorganized and a mess. We'll never use the service again.

We like to park at the Renaissance Hotel. We have been doing this for years. However, the last few times we have had long waits at the airport for a shuttle. This is a problem when you are tired and not properly dressed to wait outside at night for long periods.
Also, the price is much higher in the last few times.

These problems must be corrected or we will rethink where we will park. I hope this will not happen. We have enjoyed doing business with you. Your staff is very courteous.
